joining a fraternity as a junior?

I'm transferring to ucf from a CC in the spring and want to rush, but I'll be a junior and I don't know if I'll get a bid. Is this common here? Will anyone take me?

lots of juniors rush, given that ucf is a common transfer school from valencia/seminole its not uncommon to see at all
