For everyone rushing/planning on rushing a "top tier" right now, I highly recommend waiting a semester or two. ATO's suspension plus new PC are killing them and they're likely to hit another suspension, and Sigma Chi's position relies on this next semester. Phi Delt and LXA are the only two on top who are in a great spot right now. Top tiers are changing, and you don't want to accidently end up stuck in a bottom tier.

ATO and Sigma Chi aren't becoming top tier any time soon, they have fell pretty far. Right now Kappa Sig has replaced their spot in the top tier.

The idea of their being "spots" in the top tier is laughable. With ATO and Sigma Chi falling off, that doesn't mean there are "open spots". A fraternity is either top tier or they're not; the # of them that are top doesn't matter.
