Not that many, but most likely 1 or 2. Most girls know why they're getting into beforehand.

This is why finance is covered during recruitment. Chapters don't want girls dropping out because they can't afford it as that slot could have gone to someone else.
If you're a NM considering dropping due to finances, talk to the new member educator and see if payment plans are possible.

Okay tri delta is really expensive so I assume a lot drop because of the payment?

No. Because, again, most girls know what they're getting into before they rush. If they couldnt afford it, why would they even do recruitment.
