I tend to forget a lot about theta but they have a lovely house and mostly nice girls

DDD and ADPi are both the lower top tiers, so they're still pretty good. Pi Phi is the best of the middle tiers, and I would say Theta and AXiD are about even.

Literally they're all perfectly fine sororities, getting a bid from any would be a good thing

Adpi, ddd, pi phi, and alpha xi are all great. Theta is just very weird and average
