frat
by: ucfI just want to join a frat that goes hard, like throws decent house parties off campus and has a decent rep. what options do i have?

This isn't high school. Top fraternities don't throw house parties very often (almost never) and it's for good reason. One or more bar has free drinks and drafts till 12 every night so it doesn't make sense to have a house party. The bar scene is much more prominent than house parties for UCF Greek life. Some fraternities throw small house parties but it's mostly bottom/mid tier ones.

spot on, too much of a risk nowadays with how strict UCF is. every now and then youll catch wind of a party but its not too often, there are plenty of socials/grab a dates + formals
