Are the top tiers basically all rich girls?

Not at all! I'm in a top tier and I rely heavily on my financial aid and scholarships to get me through. There ARE rich girls (Tridelt's dues are like 2k a semester which blows my mind), but there are normal girls too. The sororities have payment plans, so instead of paying all at once you can pay in increments if that is easier on you / your family.
