Phi Delt is broke decent numbers
SAE has the money but not the numbers
The sororities without houses just do not have the numbers to fill the house

Theta Chi and SAE both were on campus and both got kicked off. I doubt UCF will take that chance again. Phi Delta was just suspended. I also doubt TKE, or Dsig have the money to get the house.

DZ has more members now than they've had in a long time. They are also a strong sororityú nationally. They can most definitely afford the house. Nationals will help them.
