ksig was never truly above phidelt, it was only bc of suspension. phidelt is comparable to ato. both ato and phidelt have strengths and weaknesses. neither are as strong as theta chi or sig chi but are in the same league.

Du HAD. they only have ZTA. SAE has KD and TriDelt. SAE has better pairs and is more popular. DU compares to DSig now. But i know ur not a big fan of moving down when chapters fall. Even they know they’ve fallen
