Every single chapter has top tier and upper mid socials except two. Literally 10/12 of our housed frats and 8/10 of our housed sororities. Calling us haters for saying those two are on the lower end is just ridiculous. You struggle to even get mids. all the things u do on this site don’t help you.

Aephi is in the same league as chio and kkg either their base tier. They are improving but looks are the same as other mids and all always pair mid, Aephi paired with a base

ZTA is better than Adpi. Mids don’t need top or upper socials. AEPhi had uppers for a couple months it’s a new thing for thm. That means AEPhi is above but same tier.

kd is top because of looks, popularity, philo, membership, leadership and diversity

kd also stands out due to diversity, popularity, and they definitely won comps this yr. they also have more leadership positions, school wide participation in their philo, and they don’t have recruitment and retention issues like zeta. winning comps is not even a way to measure popularity. it shows effort which is important too, but not popularity
