you can hype aephi all you want we all know they look just like chi o and pair like chi o. if you look good you pair better. they paired with a base, the only mid to pair with a base. their philo now is a baseball game, the event is mid.

kd & zeta are the baddies. adpi is very comparable to ddd with looks and achievements. adpi is a better chio. chio and kkg having a better pair than aephi is wild

Tri delt is def a case that needs discussion but I think most would say top rn. If u wanna rediscuss it we can. Mod may not like it. Moving anyone down is a sin for haters or talking about something she already talked about with 30 comments from herself is also a sin for haters. Be careful.

Nobody in real life thinks theta is upper or chi o is middle. Chio is below average in so many metrics.

Every single chapter has top tier and upper mid socials except two. Literally 10/12 of our housed frats and 8/10 of our housed sororities. Calling us haters for saying those two are on the lower end is just ridiculous. You struggle to even get mids. all the things u do on this site don’t help you.

Aephi is in the same league as chio and kkg either their base tier. They are improving but looks are the same as other mids and all always pair mid, Aephi paired with a base

AEPhi has bad pairs good socials. Chio has bad socials bad pairs. Dropped by tke. Kkg has the same two pairs every year. Theta doesn’t have upper looks or pairs. AEphi has something you two have nothing. Every single mid except the ones you are going for have tops. That say a lot. You are below average. They had a bad pair we get it. ZTA is better than Adpi. Mids don’t need top or upper socials. AEPhi had uppers for a couple months it’s a new thing for thm. That means AEPhi is above but same tier.

I think yes zta is always gonna be 2 right below KD no matter what the ranks say. The diversity, popularity, back to back comp wins is what makes them stand out. I think right now they should be one. KD has mellowed down over the past few semesters it’s not even what it used to be. The looks are still there but they haven't won any comps this semester or last and something just feels off. I’d say ZTA and KD is tied. We can’t just keep KD at the top for their diversity forever.

kd also stands out due to diversity, popularity, and they definitely won comps this yr. they also have more leadership positions, school wide participation in their philo, and they don’t have recruitment and retention issues like zeta. winning comps is not even a way to measure popularity. it shows effort which is important too, but not popularity
