For top tiers, 90% of it probably depends on looks. For other tiers it still matters, but less

Looks matter a lot to every tier. Just not every tier can be as selective. Most top tiers would rather take an 8 that can hold a conversation/fit in their sisterhood than a 10 that is like talking to a wall. It's literally like dating lol.
