Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

•Top- most popular, mostly top socials & top/upper pairs. most attractive.
•Upper- popular, mostly upper socials & pairs. very attractive
•Mid- some popular, mostly mid socials & pairs. many attractive.
•Lower- suspended, in trouble
•Base- unhoused, not as popular, mostly have mid/base socials & pairs, some unpaired. some attractive.

read all the rank discussions you are wrong. lower mid was for suspensions we said 4 tiers for frats and sororities. all the mid sororities compare and mid frats compare, but fit pairs with upper mids. the proof is in their socials, pairs, looks and membership. go look

Piakpp is not good looking doesn’t have pairs or comparable socials. All mids have a top or upper. Sae (who u claimed was so bad and below fiji) got a top while mid. PiKapp is low af

Being mid abd having an upper it tip does not make you mid. If you don’t have uppers you are mid. Mids never even had uppers unless you were DSig and Theta. No other mids needed uppers and they were happy to have mid socials. Mid-mid socials. The only person hyping upper socials is TKE, Theta and DSig didn’t because they know they need the pairs to rise. Not everyone is tier driven and want to be upper.
All share pairs (not DSig)
Mids- DSig, TKE, PiKapp, Fiji
Mids- Aephi, Chio, KKG

all mids are comparable looking, dsig has upper socials and upper pairs.
tke has upper socials and kid pairs. aephi got good socials but mid and base pairs.
chio, kkg, pikapp, fiji all have both mid socials and mid pairs

We got rid of lower mid for sorority bc there’s only 4 ranges. KD ZTA ADPI DDD compare. PiPhi AXID compare. Theta compare better to them than the rest. AEPhi ChiO KKG compare.
AEPhi is also gonna go up maybe they’ll be upper mid or we will bring back true mid (if ppl agree) bc they are likely getting a really good pair (IYKYK)
We said lower mid frats are lower mids AND suspended. Not every frat has popularity, mostly mid pairs, socials or are attractive. Instead of changing the whole system and forcing just make your own chapter go up and stop worrying about everyone else.
