Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
(Not gpa or athletics, we’re social/philanthropic organizations, not academic or sports teams)
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

ChiO is not mid. Only 2 sororities don’t have top and upper socials. You are below average. You don’t have mid looks you don’t have mid socials.

chio has better pairs bc of looks, kkg paired better than aephi, aephi got a base pair but we moved them up, we are not moving chio down.
aephi needs to improve pairs and chio has to improve socials. both are mid looking and successful, much better membership than other chapters.

Both are mid sororities. Theta has never had an upper pair. Mids need mids not upper socials. Theta wants to move to upper they need uppers.
Stop trying to change the rules. Aephi, Chio, TKE & Fiji have mid socials they don’t need uppers they are mid af.

A hoco pair is only one week and the same pairs you have paired with aephi lol. You got a better pair bc all the mids chose higher mids than aephi. You don’t look better than AEPhi. They’re not even paying for half their socials just sig. Frats won’t even agree to do a social with you for free bc ur like kkg

hoco pairs are who your chapter really likes to be with. dsig and tke chose theta, fiji chose chio, pikapp chose kappa, tep chose aephi. tep us base so kappa paired better than aephi

No good frats are choosing either for hoco. They can get TKE, Fiji and below. They are mid

Nobody said theta was upper. Ur still thinking everyone is one person and mad about something that happened two months ago when they tried to go upper when there was 4 tiers. Chio is below average.
