Mids are not = Base that’s not the point
Tops + Mid = Mid + Base
$20 in college = $5 in elem school
12 grade kid dating a 10 grader = 11 grader dating 9 grade kid
Tops have much better options than mids and mids have better options than base. Chapters don’t care, they pair with the chapters they like the most, regardless of tier. It’s like rich wearing only designer clothes, they don’t. The middle class wear some designer and some don’t, it’s the same. Rich don’t wear Walmart sweaters but middle class do lol.
If mids pairing with unhoused frats makes you lower mid then tops pairing with mids makes you upper. Two tiers down has never happened, no top has ever paired with a true mid ever. You want to make hoco an issue we’ll make it an issue.

y’all need to stop having high expectations for mids, mid isn’t close to upper or top.
mid sororities are limited to pairing with mids and lower frats.
upper frats will only pair with tops & uppers, not mids.

Having 1 mid pair or 1 base pair shouldn’t affect your rank. KD usually has tops/upper and AEPhi usually has mids/lowers. Tops have a lot more options but they choose they hang with not the most popular. Stop being tier obsessed and back off AEPhi. Mids have a handful of chapters to pair with and mids all want upper sororities for clout.

Upper frats have never paired with Theta so they aren’t an option for mids. Most mid frats don’t want to stay mid, they want higher socials and pairs. SAE and DSig want higher pairs.
Mid sororities don’t have a lot of options, they have some mids, lowers and maybe base. Most base frats are lower mids with no houses. They are actually attractive guys, they are not weirdos.

axid can get upper pairs but all other mids realistically have these options:

You don’t know who all is commenting it makes no difference if it’s aephi. If kd stays top after pairing LOW then aephi can be mid after pairing LOW.

No one wants to move down KD for pairing with SAE or ZTA when they pair with DSig.
