Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

Tops need top socials and pairs and uppers need upper socials and pairs. AXiD is upper Theta is not.

We agreed axid theta chio mid aephi lower. Aephi is not true mid. Paired bottom. Axid is not upper mid and y know that ☠️ Moving up a chapter in the middle of suspension is crazy work. They didn’t beat the case but ofc u don’t actually know them

he doesn’t care what’s fair or majority wants. true mids don’t pair bottom. that’s what separates them from lower mids.

people say it’s a guy bc he was exposed by axid when begging for socials and talking about how he’d make their rank go up if they did it and that one of their brothers can make their rank go up 😂. they were so icked out imagine fighting to up rank a chapter ur not in or even likes you

they wanted a socials but hates them more. no boy is fighting to move axid up. you know it’s girls discussing ranks you just want to invalidate opinions by saying it’s a boy. no boys are talking. no boys are fighting for axid’s ranking
