Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

they are not even close. tke has never paired with anyone higher than chi omega.

There ain’t no way zeta will actually pair w DSig. They should be able to pull higher. They can bring a lower chapter up but no way they can go that far down. This discussion proves it. - People see DSig with TKE. They are nice guys but there are 8 frats seen as more desirable. It would be a bad look if no one higher courted them. Even DU would be better.

zeta isn’t Kd. Zeta barely hanging onto top tier. And plenty of people said KD should drop a spot for it. Zeta can’t beat that argument the way KD can.
