Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

our new ranks now have a sorority who has top tier socials & upper mids with a sorority who paired with bottom tier, and another who can’t even get the frats who do true mid socials. out of 10 of our housed chapters 9 of them are ranked high lol so realistic.
also, axid isn’t suspended or on probation. you must be a geed. that case was thrown out week ago.

True mid but can’t get socials with ZBT DU DSig TKE SAE is crazy work. True mid but paired with a bottom is crazy work. He will now say pairing low doesn’t matter even tho that’s his main reason to force them up. KD has looks, socials, and sae is a good chapter. They paired BOTTOM. YOU can’t even get socials with TKE bc your chapter is just that undesired. Every single sorority at ucf has had a social with sigma chi, zbt, du but you can’t bc ur not attractive or popular.
