Mid Tier - Chi O & Aephi Rank Considerations

Don’t spam with likes and dislikes. Comment your opinions they actually mean something.

Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.

Those are our rank considerations.
There’s novv bc way we can rank Chi O & Aephi lower mid. They are top performing, have mid looks (yes Theta is better, just like Tridelt is better than PiPhi) and they both have mid socials and pairs.

Fiji is ranked true mid so yes they have true mid socials so stop. TKE literally has 2 total socials Theta & Aephi and was unpaired and kept their rank. Theta kept their mid rank as an unpaired sorority.

Be fair. Give them credit for their strong chapters. They gave the top membership & retention too.

You don’t have to like them, but we rank on a mix of things. We know they need to improve their socials. Aephi paired with TEP and should be praised like tops pairing with mids, we’re all friends. KD wasn’t moved down a tier for it, tiers shouldn’t matter with socials.
