Mid Tier - Chi O & Aephi Rank Considerations

Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Those are our rank considerations.
There’s novv bc way we can rank Chi O & Aephi lower mid. They are top performing, have mid looks (yes Theta is better, just like Tridelt is better than PiPhi) and they both have mid socials and pairs.
Fiji is ranked true mid so yes they have true mid socials so stop. TKE literally has 2 total socials Theta & Aephi and was unpaired and kept their rank. Theta kept their mid rank as an unpaired sorority.
Be fair. Give them credit for their strong chapters. They gave the top membership & retention too.
You don’t have to like them, but we rank on a mix of things. We know they need to improve their socials. Aephi paired with TEP and should be praised like tops pairing with mids, we’re all friends. KD wasn’t moved down a tier for it, tiers shouldn’t matter with socials.
Mid Pairs
Theta- DSig (mid), Unpaired
Chi O- Fiji (mid), TKE (mid)
Aephi- Tep (base), Fiji (mid)
Tops- socialize & pair w tops
Upper- socialize & pair w uppers
Mid- socialize & pair w mids
Lower Mid- socialize & pair w lowers
Base- socialize & pair w base
•Top - High Performing
2. Chi O - won 1 comp, highest greek gpa-3.50 spg ‘24, won greek council awards for pan chapter of the year 2024, 2023 & five star chapter & won highest greek gpa 2024, have 2 pan exec leadership positions
3. AEPhi - won 2 comps, high gpa-3.43, won greek council awards for pan chapter of the year 2024 & five star chapter, have a pan exec leadership position, have 2 greek council exec leadership positions

we are fighting for chi o and aephi. both great sororities not lower anything. we all agreed. just post new meaning these will always be someone who disagrees. some want tke and fiji lower too

nobody wants tke or fiji lower. chio is lower. there is no “we” it’s just you. you’re a nice kid but ur being unrealistic. your ranks have every single housed sorority minus one as good. chi o is not up, that’s why they can’t socials. anyone can even aephi. they are just too unpopular. your idea of being great doesn’t match the majority. we care about popularity rep and those things. you are EMBARRASSING these chapters. you always do this, stop.
