Mid Tier - Chi O & Aephi Rank Considerations

Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Those are our rank considerations.
There’s novv bc way we can rank Chi O & Aephi lower mid. They are top performing, have mid looks (yes Theta is better, just like Tridelt is better than PiPhi) and they both have mid socials and pairs.
Fiji is ranked true mid so yes they have true mid socials so stop. TKE literally has 2 total socials Theta & Aephi and was unpaired and kept their rank. Theta kept their mid rank as an unpaired sorority.
Be fair. Give them credit for their strong chapters. They gave the top membership & retention too.
You don’t have to like them, but we rank on a mix of things. We know they need to improve their socials. Aephi paired with TEP and should be praised like tops pairing with mids, we’re all friends. KD wasn’t moved down a tier for it, tiers shouldn’t matter with socials.

ranks are made with socials, pairs, looks, rep, diversity, involvement, leadership and so many things. chio has better pairs, aephi has great socials, axid has great involvement, theta has looks.
chio and aephi are outdoing many chapters in membership, achievements and more. look at the success ranks.

Who is tired? Those girls are hella successful, chapters of the year, smart, kind, have amazing membership and sisterhood and still have relations and pairs. They are worth the discussion. Majority agree.

the majority of us agree and are not obsessed with socials and tiers. chi o and aephi have mid tier socials and mid tier pairs. they both also have the best reps, grades and personalities.

I do not wonder what chapter she is in. It’s Mod. She loves drama and talks about all chapters but as soon as anyone speaks truth about hers she calls it “hate” and cries like a baby and then says her chapter is “never on gr”. Shes so obvious.

Yes, Aephi has the better socials, Chio has the better pairs. Both are adorable and high achieving.

aephi has great socials. they are a solid lower mid. they paired w tep. chio’s “better pair” only pairs with aephi and kkg so it isn’t that much better. chio is the least popular housed sorority with kkg they are the only sororities that fraternities don’t want to do socials with. they can’t even get tke or dsig

Tke can’t get Axid, can’t even pair with Theta. Theta went unpaired last year instead of pairing with TKE or vaca mid. TKE tried this year and Theta didn’t pick them. Mids are not all the most desired. TKE can only get Chio and Aephi. Chio can only get TKE and Fiji. Aephi can get TEP, Fiji and TKE.
DSig > TKE > Fiji
It’s not all about socials either Chio and Aephi are not lower in looks, diversity, rep, involvement, membership, etc.

They are kid with only Theta and Aephi. They only paired with Chio and Aephi before.
You can’t down Aephi for having a base pair since mids now pair with top and upper chapters.
KD paired 2 tiers down and stayed top.
ZTA is is pairing 2 tiers down and not dropping.
Theta was an unpaired true mid sorority and stayed mid
TKE-unpaired and stayed mid
Chio- with Fiji, stayed mid
Aephi- paired with TEp and still can be mid
Socials and pairs are only part of out ranking
