You leave off GPA and membership but you include subjective categories that can’t be measured and don’t matter.
You’re entitled to your opinion but this whole idea of “this is how we rank” is not true. This is how you rank. Many of us feel GPA, membership (also an indicator of strong sisterhood) and leadership (beyond how many pan positions your chapter holds) are far more important.
