not a chio. it’s all about numbers. every chapter can only take so many. it depends on how many girls graduate

I think the top 3 chapters would be happy to participate in spring COB if there were enough slots to make it make sense. If pan total was raised high enough and these chapters have a handful of graduates and could get up to like 10+ slots available then I think they would do it. It’s when they only have like 4-5 slots to fill that it doesn’t make sense. There’s no shame in COB and everyone wants to grow their sisterhood but girls feel lost when you add 4 girls in the middle of a school year to a chapter of 150+ active girls.
