SAE is rising up and has surpassed the true mids in so many ways. Pairing with KD is more than the most upper frats can pull. SAE also has a TriDelt social coming up. Their last 2 pcs have been much cuter guys, have good membership and really improved their image.
Suggested Ranks. They don’t have to be even they just need the socials and the looks. KSig and PhiDelt can secure top if they get the socials, stay involved and improve their reputation.
Top Tier: ΣΧ, ΘΧ, ΑΤΩ
Upper: ΚΣ, ΦΔΘ, ΖΒΤ, ΔΥ, ΣΑΕ
True Mid: ΔΣΦ, ΤΚΕ, ΦΓΔ
Lower: ΠΚΦ
Base: ΒΘΠ, ΤΕΦ, ΔΤΔ

sae has a top relation now and there are only 2 upper mids and sae already has ddd. ddd is muchhhh harder to get than piphi so why is this a question?
be real kd had other options other than sae they just love sae more than others. they voted anyone wanted sae. they have a mix of looks like zbt and du and are recruiting more attractive guys and will get even hotter guys if ranked upper. goid guys will rush sae if they know they have socials with kd and ddd and are considered upper mid.
dsig pairing with zta in 11 months is not helping them. so much could change. if and when they happens we can discuss again. right now sae are def more attractive and popular.

literally i live with 4 tridelts and they don’t have an sae social but then again we haven’t talked about socials since pairing so maybe. i’m not in tridelt btw in another chapter similar to tridelt
