Developers buying houses
by: Savior of the ghettoPSA to all frats in the ghetto, developers are trying to buy our entire neighborhood and tear it down to build student living complexes, if men in suits show up to your house, straight up tell them to F off, when they ask you who owns the house say the fraternity does. I suggest you speak to them in a rude manner so they know you are not interested in selling. Make their lives hard because they are trying to end our frats so they can make millions.

it would’ve been perfect if all the land in front of sigma chi and ato was used as a proper greek row. it could’ve been a continuation of greek park. the land goes so far and could easily fit at least 20 houses. there’s already a road carved it could have 10 on each side
