Theta has never paired with DU or ZBT but Axid has and they are in the same tier. Everyone pairs with their closest frats. Theta was even unpaired. Just stop

either way both are lower mid.
u share two pairs with aephi and they have better looks popularity and socials. thetas pair will not mix with you because you are lower, you don’t have any true mid relations and your pair only mixes with aephi and kkg. you are lower mid asf
