It doesn’t help any of us to watch a chapter get in trouble or suspended. The university is looking for reasons to shut Greek life down. Look around the country at chapters in your organization that are closing because universities are mandating it. Don’t be happy or excited when another UCF sorority gets in trouble because it weakens our case to keep Greek life on campus.

The first step is to stop spreading rumors that lead to an investigation in the first place. Especially if it’s something that your own chapter has done or could be caught doing. Obviously not advocating for covering up something egregious but I’m just saying that y’all talk about things sometimes that any one of us could be caught doing and why would you risk all of our chapters to make one look bad?

when ppl called out OX for the arrest u got mad. (it’s not on theta chi but ppl didn’t know that) u quickly jumped to their defense and said all girls who called out the news articles that said “UCF THETA CHI” were crazy trying to change ranks.
some cases need defenses but axid doesn’t. they did something rly bad and when it happened nobody who wasn’t in axd was present. not a singular du. stop defending chapters when they mess up and just stay out of it it isn’t ur business. they aren’t even defending why should you??

What can we do to help axid get out of trouble (if they are in trouble)? Like is there a way for reps from each sorority to speak to whoever would investigate as a united group to support axid?
