reposting kd arrest info, no crime

read the police report and it looks like the kd and another girl were having a verbal fight, the other girl started recording, kd girl grabbed her phone to delete the video, other girl tried to get it back and they fought over it but neither had any injuries. now other girl is pressing charges over the phone grabbing

well now i feel bad for all the hate she and kd are getting because pressing charges over someone trying to delete a video you took of them without their permission is the stupidest thing i’ve ever heard. this seems like a personal thing not a genuine crime.

It is actually a crime to take someone’s personal property out of their hands.

Agree kd should not move down over it but curious if they are going to keep her as a sister??

Kd was furiously trying to get into that car they hopped into and locked, plus jammed her hand into a barely open window to grab the victim’s phone, before screaming obscenities at her across a public parking lot on campus. If she has injuries it was from her losing her mind over a guy who moved on
