read the police report and it looks like the kd and another girl were having a verbal fight, the other girl started recording, kd girl grabbed her phone to delete the video, other girl tried to get it back and they fought over it but neither had any injuries. now other girl is pressing charges over the phone grabbing

yeah…i wonder if she’ll actually get convicted. if you read the whole report it looks like there was drama between these 2 so i wonder if that’s why the other girl pressed charges

well now i feel bad for all the hate she and kd are getting because pressing charges over someone trying to delete a video you took of them without their permission is the stupidest thing i’ve ever heard. this seems like a personal thing not a genuine crime.
