Based on chapter membership trends over several semesters, these chapters excel at member retention and had less slots to fill to get to pan total at the start of fall semester 2024. Therefore, they are the most difficult chapters to get a bid from and to become a member of. A few chapters do not participate in Spring recruitment, making them even more difficult to become a member of because they only give bids once in the school year. Consideration was also made for the following items that new members are looking for: GPA, chapter achievements, friendliness.

Close but I think it’s better to show this in groups. The pnms find which “type” of chapter they want to join by the end of the week. So it’s not really a rank because they go and pref different groups.
Group 1: ADPi, KD, TriDelt, Theta
Group 2: pi phi, axid, zeta
Group 3: chi O, aephi
Group 4: kappa, DZ, gamma phi

Agree these groups are very similar and a good place to start. Especially for spring recruitment since new members will have to reach out on their own to start a convo. Check out IG pages and see what the individual members of the chapters prioritize. It’s easy to get a feel for what they’re like irl by what they’re showing on IG- the filters, the spray tans, the 6 pictures from the same spot looking off into the distance like a wannabe model, etc its all there

Why would anyone find this last post upsetting? No chapter is named and if your members are posting using extreme filters with their heavy spray tans then wouldn’t you want girls going through recruitment to know that’s a place they will fit if they’re into that IG modeling photo thing? I personally am not into all that but I want girls who are to find the right chapter. My chapter would not be a fit for them so what’s wrong with calling that out? I can’t understand why this post would upset anyone. Can someone explain?

The most popular group on this list is #1. They’re getting first pick at the HS class presidents, hoco court, sport team captains, etc. at least from what I observed.
