Aephi and Chi O have some of the best membership and retention numbers that’s why they won Chapter of the Year. Retention is different than desirability though, two different things.

Agree maintaining higher membership throughout the year translates to happy members and less slots means harder to get a bid, which means those chapters can be more selective.

Retaining members > constantly recruiting, but when you do get to recruitment then giving out bids to anyone leftover = not desirable pnms
