Zbt > phi delt. They both don’t have pairs but phi delt has been suspended/on probation twice recently and they don’t have a fall pc

That is true but even without a pair or new PC PhiDelt still has more active brothers and is way better looking and more popular. ZBT doesn’t even have 40 active members.
