There will be girls who will pref lowered ranked chapters over tops. Just like some frat guys get top frats but go mid or wherever. My girl was a rg and these are true. Theta did great

then what’s ur opinion on “correct” is very known that adpi was the most and theta outdid axid and tridelt outdid zeta. doesn’t make you any less of a chapter.

Chio and Aephi had great membership and retention that’s why they both were awarded Pan Chapter of the Year 2024. Chio has won it 2 years in a row.

Theta did better then axid and chio was the least desired. It doesn’t mean theta is abetted chapter than axid u don’t need to waste ur time faking dislikes we all know acid is better but we also all know theta did better at recruitment. Girls who got theta also got piphi. Girls who got acid only got axid lol maybe kkg chio or aephi Lol

axid your girls were all rejects lol and it’s not about “hot” it’s about pref. that’s why MEN GUYS BOYS need to stay out bc when we talk about desirability it’s not about looks or drops from the sorority by actives. it’s about PREF.

This is a good post but the new members I talked to (that pledged my house and those that did not) had more interest in theta and pi phi than zeta. Zeta had to snap bid to fill pref parties- that is a fact. Theta and pi phi did not have to do that.
I think that’s the definition of reject btw. Literally rejected by other chapters but offered a pref and then bid at a chapter that you dropped earlier in the week.
Pretty solid list. Like it.

axid had more drops than theta.
chio had more drops than kkg but i put them higher so they wouldn’t fake dislikes.
pnm desirability doesn’t make y a less popular chapter it’s just where they felt the most welcomed
