If PNM desirability was how we ranked we would have KD ADPi KAO ChiO all top tier. Ranks are not just about that. We all care about looks and popularity and a mix of things.

“That is what we are doing. While also giving a little grace to established chapters that otherwise would be lower (zeta) and keeping some chapters lower that do well during recruitment but aren’t as established/involved (theta).“
These are even close to PNM desirability ranks, great membership or high involvement ranks.

Not a ZTA or. Tridelt. Y’all are wildin with these pnm ranks. You can say what they want about recruitment show us the pref info, there isn’t any because you lie so bad. ZTA are very desired they are so friendly and kind and pnms say that Tridelt is more classy and standoffish. It depends on who you talk to. Some like one over the other, there’s a chapter for everyone.
We see you lying on ZTA to rank Tridelt above. ZTA has the looks, popularity, reputation, philo and clout that Tridelt doesn’t. Stop the insanity.
