If that was the only thing that matters Theta would be top tier. Just stop. Popularity matters.

kd, adpi, zta and ddd are all desired during recruitment. popularity, rep and other things matter to pnms

PNMS want popular, pretty, successful, nice chapters who engage with them during recruit.

If we ranked on desirability of PNMS instead of desirability to FRATS the mids would be top. I would know sone I see the behind the scenes as a Rho Gam. Do you want to do ranks that way? The top tier chapters would be upper.

That is what we are doing. While also giving a little grace to established chapters that otherwise would be lower (zeta) and keeping some chapters lower that do well during recruitment but aren’t as established/involved (theta).
Are you slow? We don’t need to know how you would do it if you ranked it this way because you would only inflate your own chapter - as always. You have your own rank list for that already.
Aren’t you ashamed of how obvious it is that everyone knows you jump on here and talk badly of other chapters only for the good of your own at their expense? It’s so icky.

Girls want to be a DDD above choosing to join PiPhi or Zeta. This year, they want to be PiPhi above Zeta too. Zeta falling off.

Girls also pref upper mids over tops and some pref mids over upper mids. It depends on the girl. Ask any Rho Gam. It’s a vibe thing. You can’t say girls don’t want Zeta or Tri Delt every girl wants different chapters.

What school do you go to? Girls didn’t want to go back to zeta for sisterhood day. Zeta had to callback girls that didn’t get asked back to pref the houses the girls wanted to pref and hadn’t even been to zeta during sisterhood round. No “top” houses have to do that. You mid.
