Theta needs to up their looks game if they want to go up. They should concentrate on their upper frats so they want to pair with them. We have 4 upper mid frats we can have 4 upper mid sororities.

i’m sorry to break it to u but theta is farrrrr from upper mid. pairing w du or zbt doesn’t make them upper mid. bc that’s prob who they will pair with next fall.
pairing with OX EX ATO PHIDELT KSIG makes u upper lol.
theta will always be mid asf they just don’t have a fan boy forcing them up like axid does.
axid looks like 80% theta and 10% piphi 10% chio. that’s why they pay for socials and immediately dropped after. ato and theta chi dropped them.

Zeta down - they don’t compete w top. Haven’t for years.
No one cares about frat pairs/socials- we love all frats. It doesn’t matter. KD is doing hoco w SAE so we can all finally just hang out with the frats we want to. Appearances don’t matter.
There’s no “discussion”. Everyone can post whatever rank they feel. Why you act like this is some kind of board meeting?

Pairs and socials do not matter! Neither does philo. If you don’t count gpa how you gonna count philo event? No other college in the state looks at philo event in ranks lmao

By “appearances don’t matter” I meant the appearance of what frat you do socials with. We can do socials between a top and a mid tier, it no longer matters, not that it ever should have. We love all houses and where they fall on your rank doesn’t matter. KD is doing hoco w SAE.
Appearances meaning “looks” do, unfortunately, matter. But TriDelt is a prettier group than zeta imo

Put Phidelt true mid tier. They are suspended for the second time in a year. They won’t be off suspension until January 2025.
We can discuss ranks in the spring to see how DU and SAE are doing by then. If Phidelt would stay out of trouble we wouldn’t have to keep dealing with it. They can’t participate for 5 months so they can’t be upper with zero involvement or socials, also no pair. Their rep is sh it again and it’s all their fault. They are down bad and only they are to blame.

yes there are big ranges in the tiers. no chapters are equal in each tier.
