Ranking fairly until we explain Axid is a better Theta and Chi O / AEPhi don’t compare.

theta has to improve to go upper, they have mid socials. they literally went unpaired to avoid getting a mid pair and no upper wanted them

Baby no upper wants axid. Du has been very open about wanting two other sororities but will prob settle for axid because they can’t get anyone else. They might not even run for axd from what i’m hearing. So, let’s not bet ahead of ourselves.

No “we” don’t. We care about sisterhood and chapter/personal growth.

You care about maintaining your own ranks to position your chapter higher than anyone else sees it. If we thought your chapter was it, then girls would choose to join/stay

Right so moderator thinks they look better- I feel looks are highly subjective and do not agree at all. IMO, TriDelt is a prettier group.

As for the philo event, it just depends on if you care to give that weight. I don’t. When I look at the sororities lined up, that isn’t a factor. It wasn’t when I went through recruitment and it doesn’t matter to me or my friends now. Philo events are a great way to give back to our organization’s charity…without expecting anything back in return!!!! It should be Greeks trying to help the community, nothing more. It’s turned into an awful competition and it’s not like that at other colleges cause they don’t use them for ranks.

TriDelt is more difficult (and ADPi is far more difficult) to get a bid from and by definition that means they are a top sorority on campus. Period. No one cares about what frats you do socials with or your one event each year, people care about getting into a good house!!! TriDelt is a stronger chapter.

I think it’s embarrassing that you include philo event in your ranking list. You realize that no other gr across the state figures in philo event, diversity, or hoco pairings into their ranks, right? The other colleges are laughing at you. They judge ranks based on what houses girls want to join (popularity) and houses liked by frats (also popularity).

Before you say looks, agreed, people judge popularity on looks as well. I think tridelts are prettier. Several people think tridelts are prettier. We don’t all have the same vibe.

Rho Gams say that upper and mids are preffed more than tops sometimes. It all depends on what girls are looking for. Events have always been important. Other schools care about popularity and grades but I guess it’s different here.
Zeta is more popular that’s all they care about. If chapters were based on more ranks would be different.

that’s true. some pnm don’t use greekrank and pref who they like. not everyone knows or cares about the ranks during recruitment

The point is that socials and pairings have the most weight. Frats will pair with the prettiest chapters and support their philos the most. It has always been this way.

Yeah, that’s my point. They like other chapters more. That’s exactly what I’m saying. Other chapters are better.

Every house is prefed the same. They all are inviting the max number of girls back that they can. The difference is that kd, adpi, TriDelt and even pi phi and theta are filling their pref list before having to ask back girls that didn’t list their chapter.
Your argument about rho gams doesn’t make sense. Pnms match with the houses until houses don’t ask them back. It’s the Rho gams that told us which houses filled with their top picks on pref day and, you’re wrong, because kd, adpi and TriDelt had all the girls that they invited back want to come and pref their house. Your argument doesn’t make sense. The top 3 popular chapters on campus are the most difficult to get a bid from and that is kd, adpi and TriDelt. It doesn’t mean the other chapters aren’t great houses.
