Exactly like how adpi COBd right after fall recruitment last year and the year before to girls they new and loved.

yes but cob is different from snap bid. you only snap bid if not enough girls pick you after pref and you aren’t going to meet quota for bid day, so you go through girls who you dropped earlier in the week that also withdrew from recruitment and offer them a bid. cob is for the girls they already know and want.
also adpi and kd did not do spring cob last yr
