ADPi should be ranked over ZTA.

ZTA is and always will be undeniably top and hot but they aren’t what they used to be. Girls are choosing KD & ADPi over ZTA. Yeah ZTA has the event but snap bidding so many girls, having insane drops, retention being awful and looks declining just doesn’t reflect top two. I’m not the ZTA anti I prefed ZTA but chose to follow my legacy. This is just facts. ZTA isn’t top two anymore. They have one of the lowest membership of all sororities and insane drops and are not meeting quota two years in a. row.

while all that is true u their popularity is now equal and their looks are now equal. you have the diversity and event and pair but they have the retention and honestly after this recruitment they have the popularity. they are more desired by pnms (clearly) and you guys have the same relations.

adpi paired with zbt which was def not good but they also paired with ox and ato.

a lot of our ranks are based on subjective info. but the membership numbers, drop numbers, and snap bids are facts. no other top house had to give out snap bids due to not meeting quota after pref
