How do u know u had a mutually good convo with ur recruiters without overthinking it for hours? And what factors make them choose u in all honesty?

That’s not dirty rushing, it could be a good sign but it also can mean nothing it just depends. A lot of chapters have their exec boards recruiting so it could be random.

Think positively. Everyone is a little nervous so it’s natural to overthink it. There are so many factors that go into it. Keep making connections and it will all work out.
