So the “Ranks” that they post 3-4 times a day are their only hope of fooling anyone into thinking they might be good and joining but then they can’t get any members that want to stick around anyway? Didn’t Zeta just do Spring recruitment? Wth? How are they already that low? 132 sisters even after a recent extra recruitment and they call themselves the “Top”? Are you kidding? 😂

thats all you got? Go ask all your sisters if they got something better. Go ahead, I have 5 minutes. Looking at the count (and this is before spring graduation), it shouldn’t take you that long.

They can’t be selective at all during recruitment. Going to have to pass out bids to anyone that’s left and invite everyone back each day. Really bad spot to be in headed into recruitment.

no active or new member drop data was provided. there is one set of membership numbers, nothing to compare to.

New Members- you can use this data to your advantage during recruitment. The chapters with a lower membership count have to ask back more people at the end of each day because they will have more membership slots to fill by the end of recruitment so they can’t be as selective. They can serve as your “safety” picks, a practically guaranteed invitation back and probable bid. This will allow you to try to get asked back to the higher member count chapters by placing them higher and if the higher membership count chapters don’t ask u back, you will probably be invited back to the lower membership count chapters because they can’t cut as many potential members throughout the week. So aim high and know who your “safety” picks are if you don’t get invited back.

Yes, take this real unbiased data and pair it with other true facts (GPA, Greek Achievements, leadership positions, etc) on this site to be prepared with questions you want to ask the chapter members about their sisterhood to see what chapter is the best fit for you!
