3. ΑΔΠ - Need frat and sorority participation at Cheers event, Improve diversity
4. ΔΔΔ - Get a Leadership Position, Event needs to include sororities as well as frats-need srat participation, Reputation (Attitude/Friendliness), Be less competitive with other chapters
5. ΠΒΦ - Improve Diversity, Improve Instagram, Event needs a page and IG Comp, Reputation (Classiness), Improve diversity, Be less competitive with other chapters

Yup, friendly competition is great. As you know many sororities are competitive in a negative way and recruitment is not a competition. Some “competitive” chapters will lie and cheat to look better. They definitely not a good thing.

For real we are sororities not enemies. We should be fair and have fun with no smear campaigns and cheating.

Theres room for everyone to be great and never a need to compete against each other. This comment is the opposite of the panhellenic way. I hope this comment is not from a fellow sorority woman.
