The downvotes are so funny, as if I am saying something we all don't know. Pi Phi has had problems with diversity almost every year, especially last year. We all hoped they would recruit some diversity, but they didn't. Getting one racially diverse member is not the 'improvement' worthy of the praise you all give them.

I am also not saying Axid is any better, but historically, they have been slightly more diverse.

They need to be held to higher standards. If we praise them for one girl, they will never change. A significant flaw in their recruitment process and member selection needs to be addressed.
