Are sororities still big on taking legacies?

Do sororities still heavily consider legacies during recruitment? I heard that majority of them just completely ignore it. How is this working and affecting the houses? Someone let me know. Is it worth it for me to want a house I’m a legacy in at this school too?

i can’t speak for all sororities but my chapter heavily favors legacies. like you would have to do or say something crazy to NOT get in if you’re a legacy

You have to fit the chapter, but yes being a legacy gives you a leg up
