base tier is not bad & our ranks are nice
by: open thistop, upper mid, lower mid & base is what uf & fsu uses. no true mid, no bottom. we have true mid to be nicer and differentiate. our ranks are very very nice. if you are fighting to keep bottom and not call it base u just want to be mean and fiesty bc what’s the big deal?
