Bottom tier frats

Being called “base” is the exact same as bottom tier. Every big greek life school calls it bottom tier and no one cares. I know high chapters who like bottom frats. For crying out loud theta loves beta theta pi.

they mean the same thing and bottoms preferred base. we changed it. uf uses base
