recruit woc & we are not a “christian” world

Then do tell us, how do you “recruit” lgbtq members and members that believe in religious freedom???? We’ll wait.

Do you know any chapters who look for religious bios and cross necklaces? Yes. Do you look at instagrams and only focus on looks? Yes.

We are supposed to be have values based recruiting and some are just recruiting for beauty, carbon copies aka no diversity.

Maybe stop recruiting only white, size 2, gorgeous rich girls who went to your bible camp. Open your mind and let everyone have a chance. It will enhance your chapter to get diverse views on the world and social issues. You will lean from them and they will learn from you. Also if your chapter looks whitewashed it’s not ok. Diverse women from all around the world and women of color are beautiful

Your definition of “diversity” is skin tone and you count up a number of women with darker skin from chapter IG posts.
Girl, take a class sometime and learn. Diversity is much broader than race and even race cannot always be judged by the color of someone’s skin. It’s not the sole characteristic of diversity.

You are not going to pretend that subjective and superficial sorority ranking women by popularity has place in a diversity conversation. Of course prople have different views.

If you are telling the truth people will respect your views. If you are biased because you prefer certain chapters you will not be respected.

Be fair, back up your ideas with truth and data. Do not pretend to be helping pan women at the same time you are attacking pan women. Forget your bias, state the facts. No one silences the truth.
