Definition of Friendliness

You think that measuring diversity and popularity is “concrete”? Like there’s concrete data on those somewhere?
And GPA is not measured, although it’s been concrete, because it’s been “our” rule for decades?
It just kind of sounds like you want to measure things that might be vague and hard to measure but you can use them to make your chapter look good but maybe you ignore elements that might not make your chapter look good.

Everyone will have different experiences. I’m in a top chapter and the status quo on GR is that KD is nice DDD ZTA are mean but I’ve had horrible experiences with KD being mean. It depends on the person u can’t rank an entire chapters friendliness. Y’all created that for reasons to hate on certain chapters y’all don’t like.

Agree to the above. Also I’ve had experiences with different girls in the same sorority. I’ve met ADPis who are super nice and others who have been mean. I’ve met ZTAs who are super nice and others who have been mean. You’re going to have vastly different personalities in a sorority of over 100 women. It’s impossible to rate a sorority as friendly or mean.

We don’t ranks based on friendliness and GPA. Some bottom tiers are trying to change things to heighten their rank but we’ve had considerations for years.
Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
(Not gpa or athletics, we’re social/philanthropic organizations, not academic or sports teams)

the girls in the lower tiers were not moved up bc of gpa so it didn’t make a difference.
