The things that keep u higher are socials, pairs, popularity and rep the other things u listen don’t help much.
Then going unpaired kept them down but that doesn’t mean you’re a higher tier. SAE and DSig are same tier. KSig and Phi Delt are same tier. Look similar hang w the same same socials.

typically we don’t move chapters up the semester they pair with a true mid.
u said it urself, hoco 2024 will say everything. we always move chapters up AFTER they have consistent socials and pairs. u should’ve moved them up after 2024 hoco in october if they got an upper pair bc then no one could fight it no one could say anything.

They get so much backlash bc they paired w DSig and tops / uppers went unpaired rather than going with them. Push them down until Oct if they can get an upper pair.
