Pi Phi is more popular than Tri Delt

In all honesty Pi Phi and TriDelt are kinda close. Pi Phi has better pairing and a better social life pretty much equal socials.

no one in upper greek life will agree w this. they have better pairing but it doesn’t mean they are more popular or desired, not always that black and white. they also have better pairing than adpi and some years zeta. pi phi is in a league of its own. much less than tridelt much better than axid.
