Why is pi kapp lower mid?

People always rank pikapp lower mid (lower than dsig, tke, sae, and fiji, but higher than beta).

What about pikapp makes it lower mid compared to the mids? Just doing some research

because they are not as attractive or popular as the other true mids. they have less socials / relations. they is another lower mid frat that is less popular than dsig tke & sae but they self rank and run this site.

dsig & sae have tops and uppers
tkes are hot and has theta

fiji can’t even get theta

PiKapp are not as attractive and have less socials than the other mids. Fiji and SAE pair for hoco.
